Property plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling various sections of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
